It's been a while since I wrote anything here, so I thought I'd do a quick update. Yesterday, I managed to finish nanowrimo. I barely squeaked by with 50,097, but I still made it. My life feels kind of empty without constantly being glued to my key board to write my story. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to correct that by writing fanfiction. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with that. ;) Last week, I finally got lucky enough to score a position with a new company. It's just as the title says. Honestly, job interviews are bad enough as it is, but the one I went to today was even more ridiculous than normal. Today, I got up really early to drive into the the downtown of the city. Parking is scarce even on weekends and I had to worry about finding a place where my car wouldn't be towed. After that, I got to listen to 3 hours worth of propaganda about how great this company is. There was a short break, then another hour of propaganda and they threw in a quiz to make sure we knew our material. Lovely.
